Ladies Only Tennis sessions offer a regular slot in your busy diary where you can:
  • release the day's stresses,
  • focus on you and your wellbeing,
  • feel yourself getting fitter, stronger and better at tennis,
  • make new like minded friends, and
  • have fun whatever your standard of play.
It is the perfect way to take time out for yourself and to avoid "burnout".

These regular tennis sessions with us can make a big difference to how you feel on a daily basis and future proof your health going forward.
Our sessions are specifically designed for women of all ages and standards of play from the beginners with a minimum level of tennis experience to more advanced players.

Every week we run a group coached session which will include plenty of instruction but with the emphasis on the "Social" and "Matchplay" side tennis. During these sessions you will learn new skills, keep fit, learn tactics for singles and double match play and get to meet new friends and socialise.
